The beta service

Works is provided free of charge to invited Discord communities for testing and feedback. It may change, experience interruptions, or be withdrawn. There is no guaranteed service level.

Administrator responsibilities

Administrators must have authority to install Works, choose appropriate staff roles and review channels, inform their members how request data is handled, and remove access when staff responsibilities change.

Member responsibilities

Do not submit unlawful, harmful, confidential, or unnecessary personal information. Use Works only for legitimate community workflows and follow Discord's terms.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that stored information will never be lost. During beta, communities should not use Works for emergencies, safeguarding reports, financial approvals, legal matters, or other high-risk decisions.

Open-source software

The hosted service and the source code are separate. Source-code use is governed by the licence published in its repository.

Ending access

Either Tandemry or a participating community may end beta access. Administrators can delete server data from the dashboard before uninstalling the bot.
