Who handles your information

Works is operated by Tandemry, an independent software studio in England. Questions and deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].

What we collect

• Discord user, server, role, and channel identifiers needed to operate Works.
• Request titles, categories, descriptions, optional links, statuses, assignments, and audit events.
• Basic security and error logs needed to keep the service reliable.

Works does not request access to ordinary Discord message content and does not sell personal information.

Why we use it

We process this information to provide the service requested by communities, keep workflows secure, prevent misuse, and diagnose failures. During beta, server administrators should ensure their members understand that Works is being used.

Retention and deletion

Request content is scheduled for deletion 90 days after a request is completed, rejected, or cancelled. Minimal audit information may remain so communities can understand what happened. A server administrator can delete the server's complete Works configuration and request history from the dashboard.

Service providers

Infrastructure providers may process information on Tandemry's behalf, currently including Discord, Railway, and Neon. Information may therefore be processed outside the UK using the safeguards offered by those providers.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. We may need your Discord identifier and server details to locate it. You may also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

Material changes will be dated here and communicated to participating beta administrators.
